The Planned Giving Council of Greater Philadelphia is offering its Planned Giving Course for the tenth time on April 8 and 15, 2016.
This very popular course is taught in Center City Philadelphia. It has also been the opening primer session to the National Conference on Philanthropic Planning.
The course is a concentrated two-day certificate course for professionals who are looking to deepen their knowledge and comfort level with gift planning concepts, instruments, marketing techniques and conversations. It consists of segments spread over two Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The two days are separated by one week of study with homework assignments.
There is a strict limit of 40 participants, so register early before it sells out!
Also, if you know someone who is looking for a way to finally get a solid handle on planned giving techniques and practices, this is the course.
The Planned Giving Course expands participants' knowledge and benefits their careers. As one participant put it: "I believe this course to be the best value and the most educational I've taken in the area of fundraising. It contained useful information that I will use throughout my fundraising career. The speakers were great."
Please pass this information to colleagues who are looking for a solid foundation in planned gift instruments, marketing and conversations. And encourage them to hurry before all the seats are spoken for.
Continuing Education Credits for PACE, CLE and CFRE are pending for this course.
