"Initiating Crucial Conversations about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion"
This seminar will equip participants to conduct the crucial conversations necessary to identify the challenges and opportunities they face as they seek to increase diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in their respective organizations. The interactive discussion will focus on the opportunities to foster belonging, drive change and positively influence organizational culture.
Participants will discuss internal bias when working within and building a team; identify areas of opportunity to foster a sense of belonging within their own teams and organizations; and receive tools in order to look past the biases that may be ingrained in organizational cultures.
