The Latest Innovative Charitable Planning Strategies: what works, what doesn't, and which ones should you run as fast as you can from.

In this session, we will go over a handful of the newest, most innovative charitable strategies coming out of the financial planning world.  We will tackle a handful of the “new” approaches, break them down so that we understand them well, and determine whether they are worthwhile and/or legally sound.  Strategies to be reviewed will include the new Pooled Income Funds, Charitable Family Limited Partnerships, Lead Trust innovations, and more.
